Key Responsibilities:
- Room Cleaning: Cleaning rooms according to the hotel’s standards.
- Linen Management: Changing bed linens and towels according to the hotel’s policy and guest preferences.
- Guest Requests: Responding to guest requests for additional cleaning items or services.
- Safety and Hygiene: Adhering to all safety and hygiene guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in cleaning in 5-star hotels.
- Skills: Attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to customer service.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
