Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our client’s boutique property in Santorini. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services.
- Ensure the highest standards of service and hospitality are maintained throughout the property.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Implement and enforce operational policies, procedures, and standards to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Collaborate with the client’s management team to develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
- Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners to support hotel operations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in hotel management, preferably in a boutique or luxury property.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, industry standards, and best practices.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Eligibility to work in Greece.
