Total Hospitality is exclusively managing the screening and interviewing process on behalf of our clients in search of experienced Assistant Waiter/Waitress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting Service: Assist in serving food and beverages and ensuring a smooth service flow.
- Guest Interaction: Provide polite and efficient service to guests, attending to their needs and requests.
- Maintaining Standards: Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and bar areas, adhering to the hotel’s high standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with waiters/waitresses and kitchen staff to facilitate outstanding guest service.
- Learning and Development: Seize opportunities to learn about various aspects of fine dining service, menu offerings, and beverage service.
- Efficiency and Accuracy: Aid in ensuring orders are correctly taken and delivered and assist in handling billing processes.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Prior experience in a service role is essential.
- Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to learn.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English and Greek, additional languages are a plus.
- Characteristics: Energetic, team-oriented, and able to work effectively in a busy environment.
- Physical Requirements: Capability to engage in physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
